Excellent experience from the time you walk in till the time you walk out! Very nice staff! Dr Herr was great! I would recommend anybody looking for a dentist to check out Dr Herr at Jefferson Dental!

Arrived early but still had to wait until 20 minutes past appointment time. Had tooth extracted and was not prescribed antibiotics; extraction site became infected. I called to get prescription for antibiotics but would not do so without me coming in so they could check it out; was not understanding that I had already taken time off to have it extracted and was able to just take off whenever; the pain medicine prescribed caused me to have extremely itchy skin, to feel uncomfortably hot, and to have nausea and vomiting; would not prescribe new pain medicine without me coming in. This has not been a very pleasant experience and will be switching to a new dentist.
