I had been seeing Dr. Pearson for well over 10 years. I thought his work was very good and his dental hygienist, Pat, did a excellent job. I had a appointment set up with doctor Pearson's office for a cleaning and when the office worker called me up the day before the appointmen to confirm, I asked her about my insurance and why they did not seem to be paying as much as they use too. She said they no longer are part of any insurance networks. I asked to cancel the cleaning because it would be half the cost for me to stay in my network. She said ok and we hung up. A few weeks later I get a bill for $35 for a cancellation fee. I wrote her back explaining that I had no idea there would be a fee, if I had known I would not have cancelled and that she should have informed me. The only reply was another copy of the bill. I did send the money, just to avoid having them hurt my credit. But I, and my husband, will not be going back there.

The team at this office works together like a well-oiled machine, but are equally as friendly and fun. Dr. Pearson is an absolute perfectionist. Thank you for the phenomenal treatment you did for me!
