This was the first and last time my fiancé and I will be using this service. The lady who took us to the back was very rude. She even went as far as to put her finger in my face and told me to leave do to space. I am fine with being told that the rooms are small and that I may be more comfortable in the waiting area, but to put her finger in my face! Really that is rude.

Both Dr. Robert Nelson and Dr. Donald Nelson have been providing me with terrific dental care over the past 3 years. Their staff is very professional and are always extremely courteous to me when I arrive. Me and my family visit Effingham dental care for all of our dentistry needs !

did not receive care since the office refuses to see kids from low income homes. The lady on the phone took offense to me questioning that and stated "we saw people for 36 years...", but that doesn't do anything for the kids who need care now. They sure weren't courteous with me on the phone.

Great Dentist! Very professional - The paragon of small town dentistry. Worked great with our insurance company - willing to work with those on a budget.
