The single worst dental experience ever! Rude staff, they all seem to be more concerned that you signing their legal forms as quickly as possible. On those forms they make it very clear that there is no warranty and go guarantee and that you are waiving all legal rights between you and the office , staff and doctor. When I ask about it I was quickly told that I had to sign it or leave, very rudely, i must say. We had been there the week before for a cleaning for my 6 year old and was returning a week later. I recieved 6 phone calls reminding me of my next appt. The first one was 30 mins after I left from the cleaning! When I complained about them calling me so many times to remind me of my next appt they got rude about that! I ended up walking out today. We'll find someone that treats us with a little more respect.

We were new to the area and my wife went for dental checkup and cleaning. Problems found we did not know she had, and her only issue was not fixed, but "referred out". One year later and problem persists, so asked for her records and xray copies to take to a different dentist. Put off, "computer crash", and finally delivered HER records along with a $20 admin. chg. This after spending over $1500 with this practice. Won't go back.

Dr. Shah is the best! He is so friendly. I have never had a bad experience at the office. I started out going in for cleanings and fillings and then decided to get invisalign. I was very pleased with the process and the outcome. I love my new smile. Scheduling was a little difficult at times. Other than that no complaints. I even take my two preschool age children there. They are child friendly. I recommend this place!

Dr. Shah and his staff are very professional , I visited them for major dental treatment including extractions and deep cleaning. They walked me through all aspects of treatment and worked according to my schedule and were very patient with me. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this team for any dental procedures needed.

Easily the WORST experience I have EVER had with a dentist office. They didn't properly send in claim forms to Delta Dental - insurance sent request 2X's for additional info - finally insurance denied claim. If the dentist determined you need additional work after exam, they charge you while you are sitting in the seat - yep, credit card and all. You sign your life away for any work - saying that once you sign off on work, they can't be held responsible. I am going to a new dentist to undo the mess he made. I asked for my records to be emailed/mailed or picked up (it had been 6 months since my last appt with them - they required a $10 fee...to PULL A FILE AND HAND IT TO ME!!!! I recommend STAY AWAY!!!!!
