Walmart has consistently done a good job for me. I buy via internet and have always receive what I have ordered promptly

I try to use self checkout when possible as it is often quicker. It appears there is a problem with checkout scanners lately resulting in "cash only" sales from various scanners when they do not function properly. After waiting in a line of five other patrons and scanning $120+ worth of product is when I found out this scanner only accepts cash at this time. When questioning various employees and calling management it appears this is an on going issue with new scanners or software. I asked that a sign be displayed to inform customers when a scanner goes down so we would know before waiting in a lengthy line. They are Not receptive to a sign so you will not know if a scanner is down until you reach it and begin your scanning. Waycross is small but we have other choices where management cares about customer service.
