If you want to be treated by "Urgent Care" staff that are insensitive, more concerned with doing paperwork rather than concerned with incoming patients in need of "Urgent Care", (I might add - "patients who have HMSA PPO preferred provider insurance"), more concerned with getting their lunch orders in, having a Staff memberʻs boyfriend walk in common area, flippantly walks behind the front desk, to deliver lunch, and here is the kicker - a physician (will not mention name, but have on physicianʻs report) who takes a lunch break and makes a cup of coffee "before" seeing my sick teenager, with a grand total wait time of 45 minutes to treat my child and another patient...Kunia Urgent Care is definitely your pick. Unfortunately, unprofessional practices of Kunia Urgent Care of the "ENTIRE" staff of 4 including treating physician, perhaps cannot be remedied if the unprofessional acts are start from the physician to itʻs STAFF. Very disappointing Urgent Care treatment received at Kunia Urgent Care. Perhaps we would have gotten proper treatment at the New Queenʻs Medical Center West, but still hear about "long waiting periods" due to understaffed staffing there as well. The need for Professional Health Care centers with professional staff on `Oahuʻs West side is in definitely needed to address the booming population on the Leeward side.
