Love Kmart, however they need to accommodate the handicapped people better. The ride on carts are is disrepair. Then the aisles are not clutter free to even attempt to navigate through the store on the one cart that does not have reverse. Then get pinned by badly placed stock and hurt one self trying to manually pull the ride on cart backwards since the reverse again does not work. Don't even get me started on the filthy bathrooms. I went in the last time I was there and slipped in some liquid in a stall that smelled like urine. This threw my back out and spent the whole week on my back on pain meds. Clean up or close the doors.

Back in October 2013, I was accused of stealing at the door when the buzzer went off. Never mind asking to see the receipt to find out which item would have caused the alert...the man collecting carts flat out asked me did I have items that I did not pay for....OK so I stopped going there for several months. Today I had to wait at least 45 minutes to check out. This is no exaggeration!!! Extremely poor customer service!!!!!

When I called in and asked about a certain product the rep cut me off and hung up on me! Rediculous. I wish this wasn't the only one in Davenport.
