Pharmacists and Pharm Techs are not very knowledgeable and seem to take it out on their customers. I was shocked after asking if they had an eye drop in stock that I was just prescribed when they told me that they do have the ear drops with the same medication in it. When I reiterated that I need the eye drop they became very upset with me and told me that if I'm going to be difficult to just try another pharmacy.
