I am extremely regretful to share my experience. After more than a years time of reaching out and trying to resolve with Panda ( nickname) I am going to use social media for protection of others. I went to the clinic re: extremely severe sciatic pain in my lower back. I could not walk, sit or stand. When I called he was kind to get me in that eve. Rho Zaragoza is the owner and nurse that is certified in acupuncture. It was only he and I in the office. I was in so much pain that I was desperate but could hardly even speak, write or talk through tear filled eyes. I filled out the paperwork, and he ushered me into exam room. after poking me in strategic places with the needles i felt relief for just a few moments but didn't expect a instant cure. When he took me to the front desk, I got my wallet out to pay and he did not tell me my charge but swiped my debit card ( which luckily I had just deposited funds into) for $1800! I about died. I gasped and said, "excuse me?" and again "how much?!!" I was mortified and then he stared at me. Did not answer. I said can I pay you for individual visits and he said no. Damage done, long story short I was that rare case that 1 out of 500 have to have emergency surgery on. After contacting (his nickname is Panda) for a refund he refused and sent a statement that I was liable for all services.UH REALLY? 1800 for one visit....It was a shame as I tried reaching out to him on numerous occasions offering to even work with him on a payment plan back to me. He denied all phone calls or was screening me. I do have the documentation to back up all the calls placed with no return calls and the one time he stated he would call back by Friday...surprise no response. The surgery was traumatic and I did not pursue him for repayment. But am filing at the court for small claims.As a small business owner, I understand tough times, I understand many things. But this was robbery and a violation of ethics. His previous staff members helped me out with information to contact him and they were extremely saddened as they had witnessed this on other occasions but felt I was the worst case they had heard of. He is a one man show now....I would be big time buyer beware. Oh and PS....I crawled back to my car, on asphalt ...... just saying.
