One more customer service disappointment from Walmart! Called to ask if they had a seasonal product in, she asked me to hold. After five minutes I thought about hanging up but was curious how long I would be on hold. 16 minutes later she picks up and asks who am I holding for! I explained again and she has me hold. Well, after 30 minutes she picks up and tells me they don't have it! I guess the wait in line at the storehopping isn't the only thing that is long!

Open 24 hours and pretty great deals - can't beat that!
