If you don't want to read my whole story just know this: THIS PLACE SUCKS - SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I went to Milan Medical Group when sick with the flu (influenza A to be exact) I was pretty sure that is what I had since my mother had the same thing which is very contagous. After waiting in the waiting room for 25 min. (not bad, but not fun when you are sick - they were not very busy only a few patients in the whole building). I was then moved to a room where my wife and i sat for 1 hour before any one came to the room, I swear the Dr. went on a lunch break as we smelled food from our room. Finally when the doctor arrived, I told the doctor (Nancy Lank) about my mom's diagnosis and she decided to run a strep test instead of the influenza A test. I did not have strep, I had Influenza A. Then they prescribed me medicine that did nothing but make things worse, when we called back they said that mediscation did not seem correct and prescribed something totally different that did work, but I was sick an additional 3 days I otherwise would not have been. after the horrible experience from this place I then recieve a bill for $195.00 reduced form $263.00 (due to contract with insurance) I was charged $53.00 for a strep test I did not need and I was charge $35.00 for the Influenza A test... but that's not all I was also charged for another influenza test supposedly Influenza B. Just another test I did not need. they also said my office visit was inflated because it was a higher level office visit.....What? going to the Dr. for the Flu is a higher level or advanced office vist??? Get real...these Doctors obviously have found a way to work the system and charge whatever they want. When I asked for explanation, they said "We are an emergency care facility" so basicly our service SUCKS and we charge whatever we want for whatever we want. Like the first review say's STEER CLEAR go somewhere else.

While Dr. Goetch is very kind and knowledgeable, the office is probably the most disorganized and unprofessional group I've ever had the displeasure to work with. They can't get results in a timely manner, can't get information from them, and they treat patients like my needs are an inconvenience to them. My expectations were not unreasonable. I shouldn't have to call the office to remind them they're seeing me and that I need my results a few weeks after the fact. You're much better off (and SAFER if you have pressing medical needs) going to PromtCare than trying to get medical care from this group.
