I think the store was FANTASTIC, they helped me so much and they have such a large variety, everyone is SO nice and just AMAZING

Terrible customer service..willie the manager was so rude to me over a missplaced item! She does not deserve to be a manager she changed my whole veiw on that place! Gurnee treats you way better!!

Everything is good here except for the wireless center. Nobody knows anything! Hire someone with some knowledge like franco. The old man working there doesnt even know about internal storage. Get decent help

If there was a negative rating i would give it to this horrible store. The employees are BEYOND apathetic, they constantly have contests to see who can be the slowest laziest worker, and the cashiers are winning this game. I always leave this poorly managed store infuriated that i was either a) overcharged or double-charged for something b)picked the checkout line with the slowest dumbest cashier..this ALWAYS HAPPENS! My 83 year old mother goes to this store and can never find an electric cart. I see fat men and children riding around in them. There should be something done about that.
