I've called this place several times and always get a voicemail and no one ever returns my calls. They either are in desperate need of desk help, or obviously aren't in need of the business so going elsewhere (and I was going to be a nice, expensive customer... their loss)

Unless you are prepared to be told to go to prompt care or "deal with it" when you have an emergency, I would absolutely not recommend going to this physician. Her office staff is very cold, unhelpful, and callous.
