Came in for an oil change before work this morning...driving to work I noticed the service engine light still...so I stopped to check my fluids... My radiator overflow jug was not only empty but open... Even if they no longer offer top off service, the lid should have been closed and me educated that my fluids were depleted. I proceed to check my oil which appeared to not have been changed. I called the store and spoke with a Manager who identified himself as Rob and educated me that I need to bring my receipt and speak with Lori whom he identified as the manager over tire and lube. I looked at my receipt, it documented my car as being a quart low and them replacing 4.5 quarts. Very disappointed and will be making a report to Better Business Bureau.

Some of the staff is incredibly rude...dont get any rings there, the black lady at the counter may tell you that your fingers are too fat. im 140 pounds...
