I had an amazing visit at Sycamore Family Dental. Everyone there was extremely friendly and made the experience quite pleasant.

if you don't have dental insurance they are very expensive and there work does not last. my wife had a crown put on october 2012 and it recently came off and it cost well over $1,000 to have done the first time. Our new dentist said the original one was done very poorly and when put back on today said will have to be re-done With careington 500 a supplemental insurance cost $120.00 a year for me an my wife when we get it done will cost under $1,000 and finally get it done right. NO ONE USE THIS DENTIST UNLESS YOU WANT POOR SERVICE

I came here to see about getting braces put on. I had them put on here and I have been doing monthly payments. The insist that you give them a bank card so they can automatically withdraw from your account every month, but I told them not to do the automatic withdrawls because I never have money in my account. Every month I go in and pay ahead of the monthly due date and this month for some reason they decided to take my monthly payment in cash, and then the following week withdraw another payment out of my account without authorization on a friday, therefore making my acount $75 overdrawn. When I call them with this major issue they tell me there is nothing they can do until the following wednesday. In the meantime my account remains overdrawn because I have no cash to deposit into my account, and a continuous overdraft fee will be added to my account everyday it remains overdrawn until wednesday! In addition to my finanicial issues with these morons, my dad went to them to get a broken tooth fixed and to get a general cleaning. He has stage 4 malignant melanoma and they acted like they didnt want to touch him because of the cancer. They also refused to give him a general cleaning because they claimed it would do him no good because he had cancer and that he needed a "deep cleaning" that would cost over $1200. These people are morons and I really hope that I can go to another dental office to finish my othodontic treatment! Big mistake going to these fools!

I called Family Dental Care of Sycamore to inquire about insurance companies they work with and had the privalage of speaking with Dee. Dee treated me as if it were her own problems needing attention. She had the information i was looking for and then some. Do not hesitate to call these people as you will get unmatched customer service!! I wanted to update this as i recently had my appoitment and they are GREAT at catering to scardy cats like me! From my dental assistant julie to Dr. Pham all of them were super super sweet. I would recommend them to anyone!
