Aspen Dental

I was going in to get a root canal and I was very nervous because the previous dentist I had gone to for my last root canal was horrible and my mouth was sore for days after, but once the doctor came in and got started I realized this experience was not going to be anything like the last one. The doctor was nice and explained everything that he was doing to me and my husband. The staff had me laughing and smiling the whole time and Lillianna was great! She is great at what she does and also a very sweet , nice and funny girl! She helped make my visit a good one. I had a great experience and would defiantly recommend Aspen Dental to my friends and family.
They claimed I needed an oral surgeon, said they would get back to me. Meanwhile, they said, I needed to pay $130 for a special cleaning, that my insurance didn't cover. They thought the oral surgeon would need an MRI, they'd call me back. I told them I'd consider their cleaning once the painful tooth was out. 6 weeks later, they have only called me back to schedule my 'special cleaning' and sell me a $200 toothbrush. I have a toothbrush, idiots. They don't even HAVE an oral surgeon on staff!!! My employer requires annual dental checks, and a good dental status, so these clowns are now affecting my career. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
I typically do not like going to the dentist, especially for "root canals". I had prepared myself for the worst 3 hours of my life, since I needed to have 2 root canals done at once. But, thankfully I had the BEST Dentist EVER! Dr. Losier made me feel comfortable by explaining everything to my husband and I that would ensue during the time of the procedure. Let me say first that this was NOT the first time having a root canal, BUT it was the first time that I had a Dentist who explained everything to me, was fast, thorough, and made it fun! Almost immediately the "dread" of just being there faded as soon as he sat down. Dr. Losier is now my husband and I's favorite dentist.....It was definitely worth the drive!
I HATE going to the dentist! In fact, I hadn't been for 8 years until yesterday. My stomach was doing flip flops and I just really didn't want to go. My experience started out with the most caring, understanding individual doing my x-rays. I wish I could remember her name but, I was so nervous it didn't stick when she told me. She was a tiny little thing full of energy. She made me feel at ease and more comfortable. (as comfortable as you can be when someone is sticking things that are too big for you mouth in it and you're gagging every time lol) I appreciated her so much. She told the dental hygienist and the doctor about my fears and issues and they both did an amazing job when they were working in my mouth. In past experiences, I had to have a water dam put in my mouth when my teeth were being cleaned, but the dental hygienist did such an amazing job, we didn't have to use one. I really appreciated how understanding they were of my fears.
Growing up, my parents always took me to local, "mom and pop" dentists that were private practices; the kind of offices where the entire staff knew your name and treated you as more than just a patient. Now that I'm living on my own and in an entirely different state than where I was born, I had hoped to find a dentist I could trust as much as I had in the past. A day came what I had to have emergency dental surgery on one of my teeth, and Aspen Dental was one of the few practices that was within my insurance coverage. I was, and still am, unbelievably grateful for the respect and friendliness the staff at this branch has shown me. The branch manager is incredibly hospitable and worked with me every step of the way to get a payment plan that would suit my budget. Not only that, everyone there shows such genuine interest and dedication to making sure you look and feel your best. They all recognize me when I come in and address me by name with warm smiles. My dental surgeon, Dr. Losier, is such a personable, which makes the dread of having your teeth worked on fade away instantly. I love knowing that I can trust Aspen Dental with my teeth. After I moved away from my hometown, I couldn't imagine finding a dentist as homely and kind as I once had; now, thanks to the dedicated people at Aspen, I can't imagine going anywhere else. I cannot recommend them--especially this branch--enough.
