One of the pharmacist at this location left me sitting, sick with the flu, for over an hour because she "forgot I was waiting", then she told me I couldn't get my medication "because it (didn't) exist". That is untrue. I phoned the physician at home, he called the pharmacist and re-ordered my medication. He was NOT happy that he had to do this. He apologized to me for the pharmacist's inadequacy and her lack of knowledge of the medication ordered. Three hours after the first attempt to pick up my medication, I FINALLY got it, but only because the physician called the pharmacist directly and asked what her problem was. VERY unprofessional. I've had problems with this particular location 3 times. It's time for a change. I'll not shop here again. EVER.
