My Husband waited over an hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor; this was a follow up appointment 4 days after his shoulder surgery. No one came in to check on him, no one came in to say the doctor was running late/detained and acted totally shocked when my husband couldn't stay any longer. The patient the doctor spent this most of this time with had come and gone. There was no apology, no explanation and when he scheduled his next appointment it was a week later! They did not call later to see how he was doing, if he had further instructions; again no apologies. This doctor was also NOT forth coming in recovery expectations. Did not discus how much time to be off from work or needed physical therapy before my husband's 3 hour shoulder surgery. Don't bother with this doctor; there's better out there!
