What a pleasant and friendly experience for something that is still a very fearful thing for me. You and your staff are the best at making someone that is so afraid, comfortable. After all the years of letting my teeth go it is amazing how much better I feel knowing that my teeth are in the best shape possible now.

Dr. Knuth is a fabulous dentist. He makes sure the procedure is done right and without pain or discomfort. He has surrounded himself with a staff of the most friendly, warm and caring people who are there to help you and assist him. Together they make "going to the dentist" a great experience. When my bottom retainer, which had been in my mouth for almost a decade, broke, I went in to Dr. Knuth's office to get it repaired. After a particularly long wait, which the office did apologize for, my retainer was glued back in, and I thought the problem was solved. However, two days later the retainer broke again, so the office "fixed" it free of charge, after another long wait in the waiting room. A few months later, when I was no longer living in Greencastle, my retainer broke yet again. The office refused to reimburse me for getting it fixed elsewhere, so I was left to foot the bill for their shoddy work. If you value quality dentistry, beware this office.
