Indianapolis Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center is the place to go! I recently went in to their beautiful location to have my lip worked on, and it ended up being a breeze. I'm very sensitive of my mouth, so it is important to have the right doctor and staff around to make it easy, and that is what Dr. Falender and his team did for me. I already scheduled another appointment to get my wisdom teeth taken out, and I have no doubts that I am making the right choice in choosing Indianapolis Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center!

I came in and had to have my bone scraped where the teeth are extracted from. I had the uppers and all but the front eight pulled on the bottom. Everything went great and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Falender is a wonderful oral surgeon.

The best surgeon to go to and very nice staff. I would highly recommend it to everyone, ;)

I cannot comment on the actual service provided by the doctor (my husband was the patient), but I have a major problem with the lady name Donna who is in charge of billing. First of all I would like to say that the recording about referring your friends and family to this business, while on hold, makes me angry. I will never ever refer anyone to this business as long as she (Donna) works there. I wonder if the doctor knows what a disservice she (Donna) does to the patients who seek treatment. The first thing Donna did was quote my husband a price for treatment before giving him the medical discount he was intitled to. I had to call and ask her to adjust the quote before we could decide to go ahead with his treatment. After treatment my husband had a balance due and agreed to have 3 equal MONTHLY payments debited from our checking account (Nov 23rd, Dec 21st and the final payment on Jan 25th). Donna did not put any detail as to when these debits would occur so I called and spoke to her because we are on a strict budget and we, like most people live paycheck to paycheck. The 3rd and final payment was to be debited from our checking account on Jan 25th but much to my surprise Donna submitted it to be taken 20 days early. I called as soon as I saw this transaction on our checking account but was told that Donna had left for the weekend already (Friday afternoon) and I would have to call back on Monday. When I called Monday she had no idea what she was talking about and told me she did not have any record of the agreed on dates (we spoke twice) and would have to call me right back. Donna did not call back until the next day while my husband and I were at work. When I called her back she told me that the credit card company told her it would take 7-10 business days to return the money to our account and by then the payment would be due. If we incur any overdraft fees I will be picketing their business on Post Road with a huge sign warning everyone who drives by not to trust this business!!!!
