Recently I ordered a cake from the bakery for my husbands graduation party. When I picked up the cake it was messed up bad! The manager (Dawn) offered to fix the cake how I wanted it, and delivered it to my house free of charge. This woman saved the day. The cake looked amazing, and I didn't expect it to. She delivered it on time as promised. She went out of her way to take care of me, and you don't find that kind of courtesy in customer service anymore.

They've got a much better meat & fruit dept than any other grocery store that I've been to. I'm glad that I moved in the area.

This was the nicest kroger I have ever been to. Very upscale, very large, many items to choose from. Watch out Meijer!
