Had a crown installed about three weeks ago. Almost all of the work was done by dental assitants. Now I suffer from nearly constant pain. I've been back twice to rectify this situation, however the pain continues. Now I'm not sure if I trust this place enough to continue letting them attempt to help me or wether I'd be better served by starting someplace else. In any case, I feel like I paid well and received misery in return. My family of four has used this place for several years and we havn't ran into this before, but we havn't needed significant dental work before.

Quoted a pre authorized amount of 45, sent bill for 445. Friendly, but watch your billing. They wouldn't work with me at all

Dr. Cope and his staff are great. I've come for regular checkups since they've been open.

People there are friendly. However, be aware that you will receive a much bigger bill than the initial amount. I had a deep cleaning with them. The initial fee is 124 per quadrant. Later, they sent a bill to increase the fee to 194 which is the maximum my insurance allows to charge.
