I mean.. it's Wal-mart. so my expectation wasn't Meyer. Bought some shelves most of them broken - BUT customers service was great and exchanged them all even allowed me to pick out screws i was missing from another. I had to go back 3 times because every time something else was broke or missing. But each time they helped me the best they could. Cashiers are friendly and have a local feel Unfortunately there's this really annoying beeping noise that goes throughout the store constantly. Been that way for years now. Manager - you need to fix it.
I tried to call to see if they had an item I'm looking for, and no answer. I sat on the phone at 9:30 am for 10 minutes before someone picked up. I figured someone would have to eventually, so I waited. The woman finally answered and said "Muncie Walmart, where can I transfer you?" I told her I don't want to be transferred if it means I will sit on the phone another 10 minutes and she said "Where do you want to be transferred?"... I told her the animal department and I waited on hold 10 more minutes until I was hung up on. I've taken my vehicle to this location twice to have the oil changed. The first time I had a valve cap missing from a tire I assumed they made a mistake. The second time I took it there and I had one missing leads me to believe they are probably doing this more often. I know it's just a valve cap, but it's still frustrating.
I appreciate this Wal-Mart overall. It is an overall well kept store with service you really can't complain about. I haven't had to deal with the pharmacy here, but I'd expect that if you had a problem then you should most definitely take it up with the manager instead of leaving a note on Google.
