I visited the Floyd Memorial Urgent Care Center- Charlestown Road on 8/12/14 for a rash on the back of my right hand with a similar rash on my left ankle. Dr. Kasaraneni came into the examining room, pushed on my wrist suggested I had diabetes and went over my drug allergies. She ordered a blood sugar test -- for the rash on my hand. When I questioned the frivolous test, the nurse informed me that Dr. Kasaraneni would not provide with further treatment without the blood test. The test was negative and the doctor sent me on my way with two prescriptions - one of which has both the drugs I am allergic to. Apparently there is a male doctor who also works at this location who staff reported to me was very good. The one star is for the friendly office staff and the friendly nursing staff.

I was on a trip away from home and my kids got sick with strep. They got me in quick, took care of them and had me on my way. They were great with kids, patient, and kind. I would recomend them to anyone. Thanks!
