Lifeplex Urgent Care
Reviews
Loved the service there for each member of my family. We have all been seen quickly and treated effectively. Lisa Jones especially did a fantastic job.
The Doctors and staff are friendly and courteous. We have visited them quite a few times and have never left without a smile. Do not believe the negative reviews. This office is wonderful!
If you want to be treated rudely go to the LifePlex IU urgent care facility. I was sent there for a random drug test, required for work. I was trying to hold my urine all day so I could give a good sample. When I arrived, I told the receptionist I really had to go potty, I had been holding my urine for a long time. With a nasty attitude she told me "just a few minutes". (I did notice that they took a LifePlex employee ahead of me because she was complaining that she had people waiting at her desk.) After sitting there for over an hour, I went up and told the sourpuss at the desk that I couldn't wait any longer, I really had to use the restroom, she refused and said I had to wait. I told her I could not wait any longer or I was going to wet myself. She said, "too bad, if you leave the lobby you will fail you test". I don't understand how you could fail a urine test that was never taken, so I left. I certainly wasn't going to stand there and wet my pants. When your 51 years old and you have to go to the bathroom, you really have to go now. If there is going to be a time delay, the customer should be informed, so a decision could be made whether to come back at a later time. I felt like I was being held prisoner at the IU urgent center.
The nurse practitioner displayed obvious impatience with my questions about her recommendations for medication to treat several different conditions presented in my 8 year old grandson..I also didn't appreciate her directing her conversation to a friend in the room who had accompanied me there; afterall, I am the child's guardian!
