We have been going here for years, never had a problem until today. We've always ordered contacts, glasses and spent hundreds at this location. I made the mistake of seeing Dr. Prucy instead of seeing Dr. Curosh (who is great). I could tell Prucy obviously lacked people skills from the beginning, but thought that his borderline rude and careless attitude could be made up for with his experience.... WRONG! There was some misunderstanding regarding a follow up appointment (also stated in another review... pattern here?) , which I admittedly said was partially my fault. The receptionist Dana was INCREDIBLY rude. She threatened hanging up the phone on me several times. I was only expressing my frustration to her, kept it professional, did not get mean or angry, and even admitted that I may have misunderstood. She said that I "have an attitude" and that she's "done with me". I asked to have Dr. Prucy call me and he did. He was almost as rude as she was and said he'll "look into it" and that "no one has complained in 10 years", trying to make me seem like an idiot. Honestly I think they were just mad I'm switching after all these years, but I live a hundred miles away and it's only practical. Dr. Prucy asked why I saw two doctors where I live now, instead of just going to one. I explained that I only saw a second eye doctor because I work for him. His reply? "Well if you work for him, why can't you just get a prescription from him?" First of all, that is none of his business. I'm trying to support his office and he should appreciate that. I will NEVER go back, will discourage everyone I know from going there. It's really too bad, because Dr. Curosh is a good doctor and his practice may be suffering due to a lack of incompetent staff and co-workers....
I have had some sever eye problems. I have been treated well. I have been to two different specialist for the conditions of my eyes. The diagnosis given by Dr. Curosh was correct. The staff treated me with respect and were able to answer any of my questions.
