Worst Customer service and Very UNHYGIENIC. Lady doctor was in rush so did not even bother much knowing the problem of patient. Staffs did not even wore gloves while treating patient or taking x-ray. The price is expensive and they just want to make money. I do not recommend this dental to anyone. Please find some better place. Never going back to this place where patient is not properly cared.

One of the worst dental clinic to get your dental work done. The docs are always looking to come up with not required procedures and trying to make your teeth suffer. I was diagnosed with some stuff and when I got it consulted with other docs, they said "NOT REQUIRED". They even shared the sham stories where people have been duped by such corporate dental centers. The visiting surgeons are not good and they look at all opportunities to make money rather than look at patient safety. I know someone who was put on a surgery with anesthetic even when that person had eaten in morning, just because the visiting surgeon wanted to make money for the owners. One of my friends got a root canal when what was only required was a filling. So I would definitely "NOT RECOMMEND" this place as it’s a place where you go to get LOOTED. Even the insurance agent that I checked with had seen lots of such issues with Aspen billing, but they are good revenue generators so nobody raises a question. Also all the reviews that are written appear to be from Aspen employees or their relatives. I strongly recommend NOT going to Aspen. They are not a trusted practice.

I walked in Aspen as an embarrassed (my teeth were horrible) very nervous patient and walked out a FRIEND! From the minute I step foot in the door everyone took every measure to make me feel calm and well informed of what was going to have to be done! Lavoya and Trinity were both caring and professional. Susan my dental assistant is very personable, she cares not only about your pain and discomfort but you as a person I cannot say enough great things about her! I am overwhelmed and completely in shock on how real my dentures look, I was horrified to have "fake" looking teeth! But April did an Outstanding job and even had them ready the next day with only a day notice! I cannot not forget to mention Sara the office manager who even wiped away my tears of joy and excitement of my new Smile! And then there is Dr Losier. I have never met any kind of Dr. who is so down to earth and funny! He loves what he does and it shows in his performance! He was ready to do whatever it took to give me my smile back! I and my family cannot thank him enough for changing my life! And he did And in the process I not only have a beautiful smile again but a whole new set of friends! Ty again to you all! I would ONLY recommend Dr Losier and his team to anyone needing dental work of any kind!

I had a great experience with Aspen Dental. I needed to have some work done, but the employees make the experience as good as it can be. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to explain everything that they do and why they do it. They give you options about your service and a time frame of when you need to have things done. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a competent friendly dentist.

I trust the staff at the Aspen Dental office in Warsaw, IN so much that I actually have my family going there. My dad was in pretty bad health where his teeth were concerned. I knew that he more than likely would need dentures but after seeing what his x-rays showed and what the Doctor had explained, it definitely made us realize how serious it really was. My dad had perio abscesses that was eating away at his bone in his jaw. I am happy to say that he is doing much better and has felt a huge difference after his surgery. It's been a learning experience for him, as getting use to dentures and having sore spots are extremely frustrating but he is glad he did it and no longer has infection in his jaw. I am very thankful for the team effort that played a huge role in my dad getting his surgery done. Thank you Aspen Dental of Warsaw!
