My whole entire family goes to Klondike Dental Care because he is the best dentist around for sure! He helped me make an informed decision and was flexible and easy to work with in regards to payment. I have been very grateful for his dental services, everything has been great!
Wonderful Dentist! After two visits with Dr. James, I know I've found a new dental home! He and his staff are terrific. I needed extensive work after years of neglect. I had deep scaling and 4 fillings. One of the teeth may need a crown but he tried to save the tooth and may have succeeded. So far, so good - the filling is doing fine. What was I scared about? I hate the needle, but the novocain was virtually painless. He prepped the areas with numbing gel and gave it plenty of time to work before using the needle. I loved his manner - very warm with good humor. His staff were great as well. The dental assistant and hygienist both put me at ease and did a great job. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. I've always dreaded going to the dentist but these were the best dental visits I've ever had.
I have never felt this uncomfortable and upset after a dental office visit. The receptionists were the epitome of unprofessionalism. They were extremely rude to patients and certain co-workers, rolling their eyes and talking back in front of everyone. I have visited many different dental offices and have never witnessed such thing. I had such a horrible first impression that I even dreaded going back to the office the next time. After my second visit, I was certain that I will never go back to this dentists not so much because of Dr. John but mainly because of the receptionists and the dental assistants who were extremely rude as usual and ruined my day. I am just very surprised that the office is still in business after treating patients in this manner. Surely there is a need of a staff training so they can learn how to serve patients properly. This is very unfortunate that the receptionists are ruining the whole reputation of the dental office but I can't help it and that is an important part of the business that the staff needs to know.
