After having a cashier be extremely rude to me, including reprimanding me in front of another customer for "too many items and no cigarettes in the cigarette aisle," I believe I will change my $200 a week Wal-Mart habit to Dollar General, Dillons and Ron's. Especially in light of the CSM's negligence in reprimanding this person and my inability to speak to get any manager in the store to come to the phone. I'm sure these other stores will be more than happy to take my money and may even refrain from being rude in the process.
