Tried to pick up meds at midnight after work, pulled up to the drive through window, the lady said "Just a minute", 30 minutes later, she's no where to be found, it happened like 2 times in a month, I am done with Walgreens!

Transferred scripts from Dillons to here due to 24/7 pharmacy. The pharmacy has been nothing but a complete nightmare from the first minute. I transferred the first script online. With confirmation page in hand, I went to pick up at the appointed time. Pharmacy had never even taken the order off the computer and it took an extra two hours for them to fill. I attempted to transfer fast-acting insulin over - after three days, and no insulin left to cover, they finally tell me they need a prior authorization to fill - after I spoke with a pharmacist twice who said that they were just running behind. My doctor's office had to scramble and cover me with samples. Last straw, trying to get them to fill a med that they say I filled on 06/18/13. The other pharmacy even called them to say I had never picked it up from their place! The techs that answer the phone are immature and rude -- it is always a bother to ask them questions or ring you up. You can hear the sighs and the eye rolls. It's definitely not worth the 24 hour option to deal with these place!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They never have my scrips ready at the times they promise, 3rd time they have done this to me even after showing up long after the scheduled times and long lines-TERRIBLE

Frustrating to try to find your number....took 20 minutes having to call another Walgreens to get it and put on hold for a long time. I am from out of town and the Harry St location is the closest to where I am so I went to find the number....it is impossible to find a number for that store on the net. All other stores, not near me, have numbers, the bank inside the Walgreens has a number, all I can find is a general 800 number which asks for a zip and first three numbers of a local number to find a location. Excuse me I am from out of town and can't give you that. SOL is how I feel dealing with you. Stupid not to list your number anywhere. The other pharmicist on Webb Rd was annoyed that I called and bothered him to get your number. Great service.....?????
