The store is fine. They have a good selection and the people who work there are nice. The pharmacy, however, is consistently unpleasant to deal with. The technicians are apparently untrained minimum-wage workers with bad attitudes. The female pharmacist, as of early 2010, was dismissive when we complained. We used them for 2 years and finally changed to Rite-Aid recently. The final experience consisted of the technician dropping my son’s medicine dropper on the floor them putting it back into his liquid medicine bottle and scoffing at us when we called attention to it. In Hopkinsville Kentucky, I recommend the Wal-Mart Supercenter for pharmacy work. They are professional however it’s a trade in convenience because they don’t have a drive-thru. I also hear there is a really good Mom and Pop store in town. We’ve had several bad experiences with the local Walgreens over the past 2 years. I will not buy anything from this particular store again.
