My husband and I went to this office for about a year. Upon my first visit I met the hygienist, Candace, who knew me from the dentist that she used to work for. She griped extensively about her former boss and I found that very unprofessional. Even if he wasn't a very good dentist, I do not want to listen to someone complain while they are working on my teeth. My husband was scolded (yes, scolded- like a child) by the receptionist for being late. He is a small business owner, as such there are days that he has to spend a little more time taking care of his customers properly. Apparently, the receptionist is just rude and doesn't care. I also had to tell this receptionist REPEATEDLY what my and my husband's cell phone numbers were. She was always calling me about his information and appointments. Somebody at South Farm decided it was a great idea to text out deals to their clients. Stupid idea! I don't want the texts and there isn't an opt out option. Not everybody has unlimited texting. Also, I do NOT believe that I gave South Farm permission to send me these texts. Lastly, I was the first appointment one morning and I was early. I was left waiting for 15 minutes while the staff decided to stand around and talk about their weekends. Don't waste your time at this office, find a better, more professional dentist that actually cares about you.
