Stay as far away from Aspen Dental-Paducah as you can!!! My son went there for a cleaning and was told he had 3-4 cavities. When my wife called to make an appointment for the fillings, they told her he had 7 cavities. She decided to get a second opinion at another dentist in town and found out he had no cavities, only staining. We thought it odd that he had made it to 17 years of age with no cavities and then all of a sudden had 7.

They are all very professional, courteous and even compassionate. I've had a fear of dentists all of my life, and the staff was not only understanding, but compassionate and concerned about making me feel very comfortable. I just wish the doctors smiled more. :) The staff are very upbeat and likeable people.

Very impressed with Aspen Dental and Dr. Elrod. The office is very modern, the staff is very friendly, the dentist is caring and gentle, and the quality of care could not be better. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now that Aspen is where I get all my work done. Dr. Elrod is easily the best dentist in Paducah!

One of my worst dental experiences... I went in to get my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was far from gentle, I had a sore from it for a week afterward. I paid for the cleaning at that time and then later received a bill for a dental exam that I was unaware was going to take place since I had only scheduled a cleaning. I will definitely be finding a different dentist after this experience.

Absolutely unprofessional and useless. Talking to them was like dealing with a scam company. The guy on the phone gave me NO information, no help and all he did was constantly push me to come in for a "FREE Consultation". No questions answered, no "service", NOTHING. Then I called the Number below that the owner suggested, to report the atrocious experience with this sham of a company. First off, the guy doesn't even get my name right after 3 times of telling him, then he proceeds to patronize me for 15 mins and argue with me about what sort of care I need. DO NOT go to this dentist!!! Pull your teeth with a string and a door before stepping foot in their office or giving them ANY of your money. DO NOT let these (most likely paid) reviews fool you, like they did me. They are in NO WAY professional, helpful and provide no "customer service".
