I had two tires installed last nite, I paid and pulled out of the parking lot and my wheel fell off. They offered NO Help, I cannot even get a manager to talk to me today. I had to call my own wrecker, pay for it, have the car at a repair shop right now with a 1500.00 bill. This place is a JOKE. I will sue to get my money back. But who needs the stress?????

The CSM told me I couldn't use coupons the way I was using them there. I pulled out Wal~mart's own corporate coupon policy that stated exactly how they were to be used, and pointed out that was exactly how I was using them. She told me there was no way I could get ahold of their coupon policy (even though the point of the policy is to guide the public) and I showed her the printable version online with my phone. She then called a manager and had them come and check me out for fraud, saying they hadn't heard anything about a new policy. When the customer knows your policy has changed before the management and CSM THERE IS A PROBLEM! After investigation, they told me I could use them this one time (and the CSM whispered to the cashier "to get the irate customer out of the store") but not to come back and do it again.... pitiful, they are an embarrassment to Walmart. I still shop at Walmart, but the one in Winchester already knew the policy and gave me no problems.
