I had an emergent issue and needed to be seen right away. Katrina at the front was amazing: she was welcoming, able to get my insurance to give me an emergency referral, and was very warm. Dr. Granger saw me right away and had very good bedside manner. He kept me at ease while figuring out what was going on with my eye. He was knowledgeable and personable and took good care of me. I will be returning here for all of my vision needs in the future. Thank you for great service!!

My daughter's visit went VERY well. The staff was very friendly. The service was very quick. They saw her in a timely manner. Dr. Granger took alot of time to explain everything to me. He is very patient and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Granger.

I was initially weary after reading all these terrible google maps reviews, but I went there and found everyone to be very friendly and courteous. I got there around 10:30am and left at 11:30am. In that time, I picked out prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses, had my eye exam and got my pupils dilated. All and all, I would give this place a better recommendation than others have.

Horrible!!! I will never go back! By far the worst experience dealing with a doctors office. Dr. Granger was rude to my child. He does not smile or laugh at all. My child was very uncomfortable and said he was mean. The front office does not have a clue of what they are doing. They tried telling me my insurance denied the claim for two office visits and told me that i was responsible to pay. I contact my ins. co and a claim was never made at all. During this time my son is only 5 so he lost his glasses within the first 4 months of having them. I call the office to find out if they were under warranty which she said they were and she was ordering another pair, as 3 months go by I contact the office to find out the status and they always have an excuse as to why the glasses were not ready yet..They were on backorder for months, then all of a sudden they didnt have the same frames, so she was going to order the next best thing. I waited.... no one calls me so I call back a few weeks later to have her hang up on me while I was talking, I ask to speak to the doctor, they tell me he's busy, I called later that evening and left a message on the doctors after hours urgent line, he has his staff call me back.. A new employee gets right on my issue to find out that the glasses are not covered under warranty and they were never ordered in the first place. Keep in mind my son has been without his glasses for 4 months now. Still no claim is being made with my insurance and he is trying to tell me I'm responsible because the insurance is denying it, I ask him for a claim number and he has yet to give me one. DO NOT waste your time with this place!!!! I promise, you would regret it!!

The absolute SLOWEST service I have ever experienced in my 10 years of eye care. I am baffled how it takes a month to recieve correct contacts.
