Rude, poor service

This is the worst Walgreen's ever. Very rude and made big mistakes on your drugs. Would not admit they were wrong even with the insurance company telling them they filled the prescription wrong. This is not the first problem with them had to go to the district manager with the first problem so we gave them another chance. Then here we are again having to work our way up the chain of managers just to get the problem resolved. This is it we will go to CVS instead.

3 Days to fill a prescription? I had my doctor call in my prescription two hours prior to me going there. When I got there, they did not even have it in the computer. They told me they did not check their voice mail "Seriously?". I told them to forget about it and went to CVS. Then, THREE (3) DAYS LATER, I got a call from their "Walgreen" automated service telling me my prescription was ready for pickup.
