Doctors Express Urgent Care
Reviews
We took our son in to the Waltham facility with a high fever, at least one legion on the throat, and diarrhea. Although it could have been viral, he was in close contact with another baby that was just diagnosed with Strep Throat. The doctor sent him home with no swab of the throat and no prescription. Strep Throat is not something to play around with, especially for a child. After seeing the legion on the throat I thought it imperative to go to this facility. The doctor wants to just wait. We could have waited at home out of the heat and aggravation.
My son fell down and injured this lip. When i went there doctor took a look and just discharged with out any suggestion to cure the wound faster nor give any medicine nor given prescription. Doctor / Nurse didn't even care to clean the wound. They charged me for specialist but treated like nursing practitioner. I don't recommend this place.
We had to take in an employee that cut her hand at the restaurant. Quickly checked it, they helped fill out the paper work, stitches put in, cleaned up, all done in about an hour. Quick, painless and perfect! Doctors Express is on the top of my recommendation list for any employer!
My son cut his ankle after hours (of course) and it looked like he needed some stitches or glue. I decided to try doctors express in Waltham. The waiting room was very clean and equipped with IPADS (which my almost 5 year old Loved). His ankle was glued and we were out in less than 30 minutes. As a health care professional myself I appreciated everyones professional demeanor and efficient service. Good job! Keep it up!
I stopped here after a meeting last week. I thought that I just had allergies but after taking some over the counter meds I still felt terrible. I ended up having a sinus infection! I think I spent maybe 40 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left - Awesome! Sooooo why hasn't Massachusetts had urgent care for this long?
