the last two times ive been in there, their computers were down so i had to wait 15 min to check out. the same thing happened at the edgewater Kmart and we waited for OVER an hour. it was ridiculous. and the employees could seem to care less. however, if i worked at kmart, i probably wouldnt give a damn either! but you cant beat the prices. i guess you get what you pay for. i have to call and ask them if they have an item and im dreading it.

Prices are ok. Convenient location for me. Product availablity is ok, although they seem to cram so much stuff, you can barely make it between certain aisles compared to their Corp Sears stores. Cashiers are horrible. I was checking out about 10 min before closing time. When the announcement came over the intercom that the store was closing in 10 minutes, the female cashier clearly stated 'Finally, everyone get out so I can go home!'. They always have lines and I've never been in there where there's more than 2 cashiers. There's one lady that works the register in the electronics department. She's really good, quick, and very nice to deal with. I only go to this location when I have to or if I know exactly what I'm looking for and what they carry. Otherwise, we now go to the new Target.

Great deals, friendly staff. Store is very old so I could see were an uneducated person would think it was dirty. With todays economy and work force they do a superb job.
