Bright Now! Dental

This office was horrible when I went there. I got reeled in with the free evaluation appointment for braces and got stuck with this office. Dr. ThuyLinh Huynh avoids answering your questions outright or scolds you for being impatient once you are stuck in a contract. Excuse me! I thought I had a right to know about MY treatment. I also ended up with several burns from the bonding substance as well as numerous cuts, gouges and not to mention they completely disregarded my latex sensitivity SEVERAL times. There were countless times I was brought back for my appointment over 30 minutes after my appointment time, regardless of the fact that I arrived 10 minutes early. I also had to wait for TWO HOURS when the orthodontist wasn't even in the office at my appointment time and the front desk staff didn't bother to say anything or offer to reschedule myself or any of the other patients waiting. They also messed up submitting my insurance claim and now I am stuck paying over $500 that they told me had already been taken care of. I WILL NEVER GO TO BRIGHTNOW DENTAL OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES EVER AGAIN. I suggest you avoid the pain and aggravation and avoid this office completely. You'd be better off taking a baseball bat to your own teeth.
This office canceled 2 appointments the day of the appointment. Although the 1st was because of a snow storm, I asked when they called to confirm ahead of time, if they would even be open and I was told yes but then they canceled that day and did not give me an new date for another month. They then canceled that one.
No one ever answers the phone!!! I have been unable to make an appointment and have tried calling at all times of the day. Very frustrating.
Improvements: hours of operation and not enough days for dental cleaning appointments. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. If I have an issue I feel like the staff is always fast to try and fix it.
They are scammers, BEWARE! My dentist told me my exam wasn't bad, all I had was a cavity and I needed a cleaning. I get out to the front desk and the girl slams me with a $4k bill, they wanted to do 6 different deep cleanings. I asked if I could just get a cleaning and explained I did not want all of those services and she refused stating "it was not standard of care". Crazy coming from someone other than the dentist or hygienist, she was a billing and coding girl. I smelled scam, got a new dentist and surprisingly no cavity and I get a free bill of teeth health.
