Long lines and oblivious staff, avoid if you can.

For most things, the store is fine, but the photo printing is a complete fail. One time I waited over an hour to print a few photos off my phone, and most of the time was taken up by the person in front of me. Once I started to use the kiosk, it did not work right at first, and the people working there were no help at all. Finally, I tried to start the process over, and for some reason it worked. One main problem is that the computer must have been made in the 90's; it's really, really slow. Today, I tried to order over the internet for my photos to be printed and picked up. They were supposed to be ready at 11:35, and I went a few minutes after noon, and the clerk said he hadn't gotten the machine up and running yet, and I should come back in an hour. I went back at 1:45, and they had printed a 4x6 when my e-mail confirmation said I ordered an 8x10. I will never use their photo services again.
