Dr. Chincheck and her staff are the perfect balance of professional and kind that you want in a healthcare professional. They are on top of their game technologically and always have sound advice (and are aware that people have budgets), but they're also extremely personable, kind, gentle and generally just nice to interact with. Sometimes I'm excited to visit their office just to see what Robin will say about my outfit! And Sheila will move mountains to ensure your insurance company is paying their fair share. I've been going to Dr. Chincheck for several years and have seen my oral health completely transform. It had been years since I'd last been to a dentist at my first visit and I had several cavities, was overdue for a wisdom tooth extraction (which Dr. Chincheck gave me a very good referral for) and was having a lot of jaw pain. Since then, my teeth are much healthier due to recommendations from their team about products and habits, and I even went through an 8 month invisalign process (with free whitening!) and have never been more confident in my smile. I love the perfect mark my teeth leave on an apple now. I'm not sure if Dr. Chincheck's team is just naturally very calm, gentle and thorough or if they all meditate together every morning, but I have never heard an ounce of stress or anxiety or concern in anyone's voice there-- which really helps in an environment many people find stressful. I'm so glad I found her!
