Service was good, but billing practices are shady to say the least. I have been fighting over a bill with them for 2 years now, because they tried to bill me for 2 cleanings on the same day. I went in for a cleaning and checkup, and they said that I needed to use my insurance benefit up before the end of the year. So after the morning cleaning, they had me come back for an afternoon cleaning, which seemed strange to me at the time, but was told this was an extra deep cleaning. The insurance company would not pay for the second cleaning, and the dentist has been billing me for it for 2 years now, and have turned it over to a collection agency. It seems that I am being made to pay for their fraudulent practices.
