All of my long life I have hated going to the dentist. When I broke a tooth I knew I would need to breakdown and see one. Since I was new to Maine I did not know which dentist I should see. I asked around and several people said go to Dr. Terry. When I called I was so happy to not have to press 1, press 2, etc., but a real person answered the phone. When I explained to the receptionist about my broken tooth she said that they could see me that day. From the moment I walked into the small but charming office my jitters went away. The assistant was so kind helping me to the room as I have some hip problems. She and the doctor worked well together. Dr. Terry put me at ease with his kind and professional manner. He was able to answer my endless questions. I ended up needing a crown and the whole experience was quite comfortable. All of the staff were so helpful and kind and very patient with an old lady. Now I tell people to go see Dr. Terry.

ITS WAS A NIGHTMARE,HE MISSED WITH THE NEEDLE SO IT HIT THE CARTILAGE IN MY NOSE,PUT ME IN ALOT OF PAIN,THEN HE TOSSED THE NEEDLE OVER ME ON THE TRAY,IT BOUNCED OFF HIT THE FLOOR,HE AND HIS NURSE LEFT THE ROOM FOR 20MINS,WHILE I WAS IN PAIN,HE NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT WHAT HE HAD DONE,HE CHARGED ME $4000.00 FOR TEMPORARY CROWNS ON MY 4FRONT TEETH,THEY WERE TO BIG,AND A BIG SPLIT IN THE MIDDLE,THEY LOOKED SO BAD,I WAS CRYING,ALL HE SAID WAS IT LOOKS BETTER THAN HOW YOU CAME IN....NO IT DID NOT...HE HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE,HE TOLD ME HE COULDNT FIX MY TEETH,BUT WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT WITH ME AND ASKED HOW MUCH TO FIX MY WIFES TEETH HE SAID $10,000....THEN I FOUND OUT FROM OTHER DENTISTS,HE SHOULD NEVER HAVE PUT OR SUGGESTED CROWNS ON ME BECAUSE MY TEETH AND BONE STRUCTURE WASNT ABLE TO SUPPORT THIS,SO NOW THANKS TO HIM,ALL 4 CROWNS I HAD ONLY 1 REMAINS,WHICH IS READY TO BREAK,AND CANT BE FIXED BECAUSE IT BREAKS WITH THE TOOTH IN IT.....THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HEARTACHE,LOSS OF MONEY,LIFE,WORK,YOU HAVE CAUSED ME...I HOPE THE NEXT PERSON DOESNT GET YOUR AWFUL TREATMENT,NO-ONE DESERVES THAT...I KNOW I DIDNT..AND NOW I HAVE NO MONEY TO FIX HIS MESS,I,M IN PAIN ALL THE TIME,MY TEETH HAVE ALL CRUMBLED TO NOTHING.....
