Three of our children have now been treated by Dr. Hannapel and his team; our eldest daughter started with a different orthodontist and switched to Dr. Hannapel. The difference is extraordinary! Dr. Hannapel himself is most certainly an expert practioner; his expertise and experience shine through with every treatment plan. But it is also his approach with both his patients and staff that stands out; he is respectful, jovial and personable with patients and parents alike, and he communicates well with all. Likewise, his care team and all of his staff are wonderful; everyone is treated with such kindness and respect. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Hannapel and his office for all your family's orthodontic needs!

If Dr. Hannapel and staff could sell the system they use for customer service to all other physician and dental offices in West Michigan, they could make a killing! I truly don't know how anyone could duplicate the service they give. Attention to detail and the patient are just above extraordinary!! We absolutely love this office!

We were completely impressed by Dr. Hannapel and his entire staff. From our first appointment, it was all about our daughter. They explained in detail, the entire process of her orthodontic work, to HER, in a way that SHE understood. It really made her feel as if she were a part of the treatment. It definitely made the process less scary for her. And of course, the office is friendly and fun, so the monthly appointments are a highlight in our busy schedules. Thank you Hannapel & staff!

Our adventure into orthodontics started in August of 2009. We knew that we would be trusting our daughter to Dr. Hannapel. From the moment we walked into the office, we were consistently greeted with warm, kind, and friendly faces. Dr. Hannapel and his team are always the consummate professionals with a sprinkle of fun!! Dr. Hannapel provided us with all our care options and was always thoughtful to include our daughter in the discussion, and he addressed any questions or concerns she may have had, too. We always look forward to coming to the office!! So much so, that after our daughter's 'phase one' treatment concluded, I, as an adult, decided to get braces, too! You simply will not find a more kind, caring, professional staff than Dr. Hannapel's team.

I am always impressed with Dr. Hannapel's office. Their staff is professional and extremely friendly. All of them put my son at ease for his first appointment, when he was really scared. They are terrific with children. They have the office set up to be comfortable and fun for kids. They explained everything in detail to us in a way that was easy to understand for all of us. I love that they send email alerts for appts and you can do so much on their website.
