I've never been treated so poorly by a medial practitioner and her staff (specifically, Dr. Marcia Nansel and Office Manger Sarah Webster) as I have at Metro Health in Caledonia, MI. Dr. Marcia Nansel lacked basic information about the testing I had done, later they altered my records to account for their testing errors, and when seeking assistance, I was left waiting on return calls for weeks. The Metro Health staff is neither knowledgeable nor empathetic, and I've never experienced such a severe lack of professionalism from any other provider ever. It's worth your time to seek care elsewhere.

This is the best doctors office. I have been going for years. They are wonderful people. So caring

They never give you an update if you have any tests done through them. I have had test results lost and have to call them regarding every test that they have sent out. If you have any followup to do, they will make you set up an appointment to go and speak to the doctor instead of being able to do it over the phone.

Always takes forever, do not go here!
