Not at all happy with my visit to Dr. Kim Eastman. I felt rushed and pressured during the entire visit. I was informed, prior to the visit, that the exam may take up two 2 hours... he spend 10 minutes with me. During that time, he did not listen to what I had to say - I had to repeat myself multiple times. He was insensitive about some traumatic information that was disclosed. Dr. Eastman did not explain my diagnosis, how it occurred, what it was, or how to treat it. He said either live with it or we can do surgery. No information about the surgery (recovery, success rate, etc) was explained. Nothing was mentioned about nonsurgical options such as anti-inflammatory, ice, injection, PT, exercises or stretching. I literally left the office in tears. Extremely unhappy and even more frustrated and confused after my visit.
