I was waiting in the waiting room for 25 minutes until I was seen for my first appointment. The office personnel didn't understand the Aentna Insurance that I had and didn't care to have me as a patient because I had Aetnta call and explain my insurance benefits to them. I explained that my daughter and wife also needed an appointment but after realizing that they were at fault with in the ignorance of my policy they were uninterested for other patients. I give them a 1 on a scale of 1-10. There are alot of more caring dentist offices to choose from.

A terrible dentist and a heartless person. I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted and unfortunately I needed it done within a short time frame. Now my teeth aren't in the greatest shape due to bruxism and a complete lack of professional dental care for the first 18 years of my life, but they are all intact and I have no cavities. When I went in for the extraction this woman berated me and went on an insane tirade about the condition my teeth were in. I endured this because I needed the extraction done and I just thought maybe she was having a bad day. She only used a local anesthetic and never offered me Nitrous Oxide. So we get down to the extraction and the anesthetic she used was woefully inadequate, I had to stop her several times due to the pain. In order to remove my tooth she felt the need to cut into my jaw and saw my tooth in half, when my previous dentist was able to adequately anesthetize me and remove the whole tooth perfectly intact without the need to saw into my face several times. This woman is a cruel butcher not a dentist, stay far away from her.
