Always great customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. A great selection all the time. Very competitive prices. The plus membership has paid for itself many times over just in the first few uses, but then we have a larger family. Also the pharmacy is very responsive and works to communicate regularly regarding any potential questions or anticipated concerns. The only thing that I would like to see though is more lanes open., but well worth the visit.

Kentwood Sams Club has many employees who love their jobs as customer service reps. They have to love people to do this job day in and day out. You may at times catch someone having a bad day as this is known to happen to us all. I have shopped this Sams Club for over 20 years. Saved a bundle. I can say without a doubt way more positive experiences than negative. You rock Kentwood keep up the good work.

I love this Sams's Club! The associates there are so nice and helpful, I can always rely on them to make each trip a memorable one! The cashiers are always funny, energetic and polite. I always like talking to Sam's Club cashiers, they are not like any other cashiers outhere... They are one of a kind!

From the service to the selection this is the worst Sams Club I have ever been in. I understand they are remodeling, but to act the way the managers do is disgusting and unprofessional. While walking through the store, trying to locate something, a whole group of managers decided to have a meeting....in the center of the isle. I, aling with otgers asked them to move, and all we got were disgruntled stares. It wasnt until I yelled "Move out of our way" did they decide that the center of the isle was a bad place to conduct a meeting. After that, I noticed that ine of the managers just happened to be everywhere I was for the next hour. She would stop at the end of the isle, look towards me and then when I looked up at her she would hurry off. I finally got begind her and scared the crap out of her when I asked why she was following me and what exactly she wanted. All she could answer was this " We have you on video stealing" I asked her to prove that statement and she replied " I dont have to". I ride the bus so I normally were a back pack. I was told my backpack needed to be searched. My backpack is no bigger than a large purse. I refused due to the fact that I have medical issues and my medical supplies are in it. They then told me I had to leave. I am a wounded veteran of the war in the middle east, and I have to carry a aed and a tube that connects to my lung provuding me with o2. They accused ne of stealing. I will never return to the Kentwood Sams club. My business will go to costco or meijer.
