Ridiculous, every time I've been there the wait has been 2 to 3 hours. And that's having gone there at different times early morning late night always two or three hours

Ever since Hurley got involved the wait is always beyond ridiculous; 3 hrs this and last time we were here. The staff is ok, nothing to rave about. This place is definitely not as good as before. I will go to McLaren down the road from now on.

I've usually been pretty happy here, but I think I'll try somewhere else the next time I need an urgent care. The wait today was 2.5 hours before seeing the NP, even though they weren't very busy. Almost as soon as she entered the room, the NP accused me of just wanting drugs. Once she did her job and examined me, she realized I had tonsillitis. Sorry, Lapeer Family and Urgent Care, I don't enjoy wasting my entire morning only to be accused of being a druggie.

Staff were obnoxious, belittling and rude.
