Heidi did a fantastically cohesive job. Her attention to detail was wonderful and the office personnel made it a pleasant experience. The testing was extensive and I think that all bases were covered. She was even able to help when I didn't express an interest in bi-focals. I understand it is a personal pride issue but she took it in stride easily and offered options quickly and easily. I would recommend this to anyone. Rich
